Not much progress in 50 years

When we compare the lives of Zhang Xueliang and Zhao Ziyang, I don't see any progress in the span of 50 years.

Further, when we compare 0318 and 0604, I see regression instead of progression. The memorial of 318 sits quietly in a corner of Yuanmingyuan. You can go there and lay a wreath. The memorial of 0604 stands where the event occurred, but who dears to drop a flower?
