Have you see OB or Midwife yet?? My first appoint was at week 11, they did not see me until week 10,and I have no "B Chao" yet. Only have some regualr check like blood and urine

My midwife said, as long as I still have morning sickness, it should be okay.
I don't think you can do much now, just rest and rest, worry too much not good for baby
