Nov mum, feel breathless

I am 15 weeks preganat, I already have a bit tummy, people can see that I have baby if I dress up tight T shirt
The Morning sickness is finally gone slowly, but I still can not eat much as I used to, only very little at time, otherwise I feel breathless, I really want to eat more and gain some weight but very hard.
ALso I have bit backche ,walking like duck:-(

IS these all Normal?? Still 6 months to go, not easy to be a mum
