I had back pain as well

I had very sore back before I got to know I am pregnant MArch, plus I felt very cold and slight fever which I did not have normal days before period. I had feeling that I am pregant before my period even it is my first time.

You can test again at the first day of period, some test kit can test it beofre period time, use morning urien.

I am sure you will know it before next Wed.
