How is NOv Mums going?

How is Nov mums going right now??
I am at week 12th, morning sickness slowing getting better but still bad "wei kuo"

I went to see doctor last week, they did not do Ultrusound to me, only took my blood and urien.My fisrt Scan will be at week 19, so may I ask, how can I know baby is okay?? 19week is it too late for scan??
