Why I am always hungry

I am 10 wks going preganat, I don't understand why I am always hungry?? I have to eat every two hours, sometimes I wake up at 3 or 4 am, then I have to eat right away even I had something to eat before I go to bed??
It is very painful because I am still nausea all day, I can not eat much especially meat, if I eat bit more I throw up....it is very hard for me.

It is normal at first timester??Or it will goes till baby born??(hopefully not)

How about the other Nov mums?? How are you going there??
