It's apparent you don't have intent to keep your PR status in this case. It's very likely your GC will be revoked and rejected to enter the US.

What to do ? You need to think about this long time ago. Unless you have a convicing reason to cover this while you don't have AP. You'll be questioned why you didn't applied for AP if you knew you'll be away for longer than 6 months.
