Wait a minute.

1) If you haven't received your EAD, how can you work now? Are you getting paid? If you have received paycheck from your company, you'd better return it.
2) Go to your local USCIS office to show them your OPT receipt and tell them you have been approved for EAD. You should be able to get an EAD from there. Or maybe the EAD is missing in the mail, they will ask you to file for a duplicate EAD. It's not clear what happened from your deion.
3) You need to settle down your OPT first before you can think of H1B. It's a matter of status continuation, don't mix it up and make it a mess.
