He is doing ALL LEGAL political manuvers to achieve his and his party's goals. What he is doing can only be classify as dirty politics with the intention of divide the Taiwan people, profit from them, and finally get rid of GMD to achieve one party rule (create a proxy party or control a very weak GMD to avoid be called a dictatorship).
