Sure, our clients are big insurance companies. I don't say every processor doesn't need to know CPT/ICD9 code. I just told you the case of our company. There are 130,000 employee in our company, and at least 1/5 are medical bill processors. We don't expect everyone of them to have different kinds of rules according to different state, CPT code validation and dollar convention among different zipcode areas.
