Common App: The 2017-2018 available, rising senior 可以开户行动了吗？

CSS profile online 还是2017-2018的， 是否要等到2018-2019的 profile？不清楚rising senior 是用The 2018-2019 common application 还是 2017-2018的. 谢谢前辈们赐教！
