请大家看看怀疑是肠癌,76岁,是否值得动手术

我母亲,76岁,最近体检从验血报告看到有些指标异常, 最后肠镜发现"距肛缘8CM见增殖性病灶,肉眼所见:灰白组织4块,直径0.2-0.4CM , 肿瘤组织腺管状,筛孔状排列,细胞核大,深染,可见核分裂,病理诊断为上皮内瘤变,由于送检组织取材表浅,不排除有更重病变的可能性."

在肠镜检查当时医生没有病理报告时就说赶紧住院准备手术. 我母亲是觉得医院想赚钱.我觉得这么大的医院(上海瑞金医院)不会这么做.

我母亲18年前乳腺癌手术后,因大出血就第二次手术把子宫卵巢都拿走了.现在有糖尿病.这个年纪是否值得动手术?她本人非常不原意. 我是担心手术后生活质量非常不理想,而且不想强迫她动手术. 麻烦这里的朋友们给些建议好吗?谢谢大家!
