该不该把出租房转入LLC？

有几套房出租，都有贷款，据说转入LLC，如果万一有租客告，赔偿也只是限于租客租住的这个房子（如果告赢了的话），这样就保护了其他几套房不被赔偿，所以想把所有的出租房转入LLC，但要付2% tranfer fee. 另外还要付清所有的贷款，这样值得吗？感觉就是花钱买安全。
