现有7棵烂白菜（不值钱，也不升值），月租5K多点，自管，除费用3K多点。

儿子大三，有买卖房子证但没有主动性做房地产或地主。

有没有必要注册一个LLC？如有，能省税，或为安全，或为孩子发展，等考虑，儿子自己注册公司，还是儿子和老爹一起？
