Run, walk or do interval training to burn off belly fat.

Run for 30 to 60 minutes 2 to 4 times a week, if you are able to do so safely.

If you are unable to run safely, walk for the same amount of time and slowly build up until you are able to run.

Interval training is also effective, so you can perform intervals of running and walking for up to 30 minutes to help you burn belly fat.
