地主梦中的退休社区

弗罗里达真是一个消磨意志的地方。我从梦想飞天的事业消磨到了梦想退休生活。今天潜了半天水，忍不住白日梦一番，如果投坦几位可以一起退休，生活会咋样呢？

我们可以建一个一个退休社区，这在弗罗里达叫成年人社区 adult community， 年轻一点的叫active adult community,  实在不行了就成了mature adult community， 再往后是啥我忘了.  中间一个大人工湖，围着湖一圈儿房子就都是小平房，说的直白一点就是要handicap accessible.
 
首先要正名，我觉得要土豪一点可以叫东南海，也跟弗罗里达在美国的地理位置一致。要入乡随俗一点可以叫好赖屋，就是大家玩好，赖着的那屋子。
 
管理就要小乔班长的徒弟，润滑油一般为大家和平共处服务。
甜薯年轻，先做两年物管，重点是带出徒弟来，房子的修补，维护都能搞的价廉物美。
老杨家的要有几个会种花的徒弟。
老了要多吃鱼，小猫们的任务；多吃蔬菜，骄阳要多带几个徒弟才够。
小9不是说过要开餐馆？ 培养几个大厨，地主们退休后也就不用担心天天生鱼片加生菜萨拉。
大家再推荐几个？不好意思或舍不得推荐自己的徒弟，推荐别人的也很不错呀。
 
地主们自己干嘛？那时眼花耳聋，再加几个early unset of Alzheimer最适合辩论哲学。对了，咱们这个社区还可以取名叫雅典学园。
