大家指导一下新地主的发展前景吧！

如果只有10万现金起步， 靠房贷投资出租。

先买两个房， 4.5万首付的17万房， 月现金流750 （可以直接进入SAVING 账户的）；
                     4.8万首付的19万房，月现金流 800.

假定一切都很顺利， 每年还有2万个人存款可用加上房租的收入继续投资房产。
多少年可以真正靠房产不上班？ 比如起码年收入能6万以上。

算来算去糊涂了， 觉得很遥远啊。
