地主改做放高利贷如何

现在白菜房越来越少，炒房培训班越来越多。一群各种各样的人都来炒房赚钱。很多不像会经营的。
是不是可以改做Hard Money Lending。
放点高利贷，
房市如有波折就把房子foreclose回来接着做地主
