新手地主need help！！

各位好， 最近遇到闹心的事， 光顾论坛很久了， 心里痒痒， 有点闲钱， 就买了套SFH 出租， 房子状态还好了， 2004年的， 三天就租出去了， 但租户发来长达3也的FIX LIST, 没什么大问题， 就是纱窗上有个小洞， 没有trashcan.....长达三页。。。

请各位高人帮忙， 我该怎么回答， 怎么做， 才能把这件事搞好呢？ 多谢啊！！
