唉，地主们口气就是大

明明老猫是成功人士，是很多人效仿的榜样。说成是loser， 资产只有你们1千万的10分之一。
 
我来给你们地主科谱一下吧：
（1） 就算你们地主有1千万房产，按3：1 贷款比例， 市价就是4000万，按6%的佣金卖出，200多万就没了.
何况急着套现，卖不了好价， 估计又要丢几百万。
更何况没几个有千万房产的。真要变成可投资资产也没多少！根本不是你想像的是老猫的10倍。 呵呵。。。。
 
哦，对了，还有税。。。。 呵呵。。。。
 
（2） 超过1M 可投资资产，就不再是中产阶级了，进入了高净值的富人阶级了 （High-net-worth individual）。 证据在此：
High-net-worth individual (HNWI) is a term used by some segments of the financial services industry to designate persons whose investible assets (such as stocks and bonds) exceed a given amount. Typically, these individuals are defined as holding financial assets (excluding their primary residence) with a value greater than US$1 million.
 
你非要说这个门槛低，不算富人·，那你有几百万，上千万也不是富人，和顶级富豪好差太远了。 呵呵。。。。
 
不过呢，我再提一下，超过1M 可投资资产的人士在美国 2012年 只有1.09%. 现在就算翻倍了，也不到3%， 对吧？
 
（3） 多数小地主，除了房子，真的没有啥钱了。更不用说1M 可投资资产了。 有的不是连401K/IRA 都用上了吗?
