奇虎贷款今日房贷利率(CA、FL、MD、TX、VA、GA、WA)
SUMMARY:今天(9月12日星期二)的房贷利率价格和昨天相比基本持平。目前重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定维持在3.75%, 15年固定为3%,5/1 ARM仍为3.125%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率仍为3.625%,15年固定仍为2.875%,5/1 ARM仍为2.875%。
