奇虎贷款今日房贷利率(CA、FL、MD、TX、VA)
SUMMARY:今天(9/8/17)的房贷利率价格和昨天相比稍差,但和上个月相比变好不少!目前重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定可做到3.625%无费用。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率仍为3.5%零point,15年固定仍为2.875%,5/1 ARM仍为2.875%。

注:除非特别说明,以下列出的利率都是基于本帖底部的贷款参数,并且是带impound account的利率。
